You might be feeling depressed or dissatisfied with important parts of your life. You may feel angry at others or the world for things you suffered in the past. Or perhaps your relationships aren’t quite how you’d like them to be. At times you may feel anxious, isolated, or alienated.

Individual counseling is aimed to help those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, grief, stress, low self-esteem, and more. Therapy is also not just for those dealing with mental health concerns, many people benefit from therapy by using it as a way to improve themselves and their life.

Couples Counselling

Feeling understood, supported, and accepted by a loved one is the basis of every relationship. When one feels invalidated, let down, and unsupported a relationship can become the primary source of stress and frustration

Couples counseling can help you experience a stronger bond with your partner, develop better communication skills, improve intimacy, overcome relationship problems and enjoy a more fulfilled life together. All couples are welcome.

Family Services

Family Counselling

Families are the root of togetherness and at times have the most powerful impact on our lives. When families are affected by turmoil all members of the family may feel an impact.

Family Counseling can be helpful for families who are going through difficult challenges such as separation/divorce, parenting issues, troubled children, illness or disability in a family member, grief, stress, etc.
